Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use santemama.bond. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Our Role: Referrals Only

Santemama Concrete provides referral and marketing services and nothing more. We introduce homeowners to independent concrete contractors. We do not pour, finish, stamp, or seal concrete, and we do no construction work of any kind. Any work at your home is done by an independent contractor, not by Santemama Concrete.

No Endorsement and No Promises

A connection with a contractor is not an endorsement of that contractor. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost, or results of any contractor's work. We also cannot promise that a contractor will be available in your area at a particular time. Each contractor is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, and conduct.

Information Is General

The content here is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Soil, slope, climate, and local rules change from one property to another, so talk with a qualified contractor about your own project.

About Costs

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices vary with the job, the location, materials, site conditions, and design. Ask the contractor for a written estimate before any work is scheduled.

Permits, HOAs, and Codes

What we say about permits, HOA rules, and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA, and your contractor.

Staying Safe

Concrete work involves heavy equipment, digging, and materials that can irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from work areas and fresh concrete. If anyone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Santemama Concrete may receive payment from contractors or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of This Site

We work to keep the information here accurate and current. We cannot warrant that it is complete or correct in every detail.
